A muchas nos a pasado y es simplemente por que no se nos ha educado en las correctas formas de movimiento y cómo utilizar nuestra respiración a nuestro favor. Siii, nuestra respiración es nuestra llave maestra para sacar el máximo provecho a nuestros ejercicios. ¡Algo tan simple cómo usar el CORRECTO patrón respiratorio puede hacer la diferencia y quiero enseñarte cómo usarlo!

Experiencia

Más de 13 años de experiencia con Personas mayores y 7 años con mujeres Gestantes y puérperas con una gran adherencia a los tratamientos y sesiones de movilidad y entrenamiento consciente.

Docencia

Luego de años de estudio de diferentes disciplinas, nace el Diplomado en intervención integrativa en Embarazo y post parto además del Diplomado en Gerontología integrativa con el Instituto Prana kine.

Cuidado de la mujer

En Movimiento integrativo nos apasiona aprovechar al máximo las capacidades de la mujer, el movimiento, en todas sus aristas, no ayuda a conectar con nuestro cuerpo, mente y espíritu, mejorando nuestra salud y sensación de bienestar.
